The Process

If you interested in a sunroom, screen room, patio cover, pergola, under decking and\or outdoor kitchen, you only need to speak to a Home Depot associate at the "Customer Service" or "Home Pro" desk or find a demonstrator.

How do I find a demonstrator?
You can usually find a demonstrator in Atlanta area stores during weekend hours and in some cases weekdays as well. However, it is impossible for us to cover every store. To find out which stores have demonstrators and when they will be available, check out our events schedule or contact us directly to find the closest demonstrator to you.

The store associate or demonstration will collect basic information ranging from basic contact information to details about your intended project. It is best to provide as much information as possible and to request a certain date and time you would like to schedule an appointment.

An appointment is required so that our certified exterior design consultants can check that every is up-to-code, take measurements, show you actual projects, discuss the many options and give you an estimate. This process is completely FREE and there is no obligation to purchase anything.

Can I just get a price?
Our products are so customized and we work with all sorts of structures and the only way to give you a practical estimate is for our design consultants to take the measurements and discuss the many options, e.g., roof style, free standing, French Doors, patio or deck, pavers, and more.

Do I have to schedule an appointment?
No, if you are not looking to do anything right away, we can still send you information to give you an idea of the many options and when you are ready we can schedule an appointment.

Can I use my Home Depot credit card or other financing options?
Yes, you can use your Home Depot credit card to finance the entire project and take advantage of their many promotions, i.e., 24 months same as cash. It is also possible to open a Home Depot Small Home Improvement Loan.
